You can cancel your order before it is processed by the store. To cancel, go to the ‘Orders’ section in the NowNow app and select Cancel Order.

For prepaid orders, we only charge you for the items that are shipped and delivered. Since payment is captured at the time of shipping, if your entire order is cancelled, you won’t be charged at all.
