What happens if item(s) I ordered are out of stock?

While we strive to fulfill all items in your order, some may be unavailable due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we offer a Replacement process:

  • Replacement Options: You’ll receive a notification via app, SMS, and an IVR call within 5 minutes to review suggested replacement options. You have 10 minutes to select or reject them.

  • Item Cancellation: If no suitable replacement is available, the item may be cancelled and the rest of your order will be processed.

  • Order Value: The final order value may change based on the replacement item you choose.

If you don't respond to the replacement offer within 10 minutes, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via app, SMS, and IVR call. However, if no action is taken, the original item will be cancelled, and the order will proceed without it. You’ll be charged only for the items that are shipped and delivered.
