Terms & Conditions for the VIVA Raffle:

1. Minimum Purchase Requirement:
   To participate in this promotion, customers must make a purchase of AED 150 or more. The total amount should be reached in a single transaction.

2. Promo Code Application:
   During the checkout process, participants must enter the promo code WINNER to be eligible for the raffle. Please ensure that the code is applied before completing the purchase, as it cannot be added automatically.

3. Eligibility of Orders:
   This promotion is exclusively valid for orders placed on the VIVA store through the NowNow section on the noon app. Orders from other sections of the app or external platforms are not eligible. Customers can increase their chances by participating in the draw multiple times—each qualifying purchase counts as a separate entry.

5. Participants must be residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to be eligible for this raffle. Proof of residency may be required to claim the prize.

6. Order Cancellation:

7. If you cancel your order after it has been placed, your entry into the raffle will be automatically revoked. Only completed and non-canceled orders will be considered for the raffle draw.

8. Raffle Duration:
   The raffle will run from 15th September 2024 until 15th October 2024. Purchases made after this date will not be considered for the raffle entry.

9. Winner Announcement:
   The winner of the raffle will be announced on 17th October 2024. The announcement will be made publicly via Instagram on the official @noon_uae account. Participants are encouraged to follow this account to stay updated.

10. Prize Delivery:
    The selected winner will receive their prize within 14 days of the announcement. Noon will coordinate directly with the winner to arrange the prize delivery.

11. Platform Restriction:
    Please note that this draw is only valid for orders made through the NowNow section on the noon app. Orders placed through other apps or platforms are not eligible for this raffle.

12. Age Requirement:
    Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the raffle. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

الشروط  والأحكام السارية على سحب فيفا:

الحد الأدنى لقيمة المشتريات 

مشتريات بقيمة 150 درهم اماراتي او اكثر في الطلب الواحد شرط اساسي للحصول على بطاقة واحدة للاشتراك في السحب.

استخدام كود السحب

يجب على المشترك ادخال كود : WINNER قبل اتمام عملية الدفع و التأكد بانه تم تفعيل الكود من اجل الاشتراك في 

السحب. 

صلاحية الطلبات 

هذا السحب صالح فقط على المشتريات من متجر فيفا على صفحة ناوناو الموجودة في تطبيق نون حصرا. لا تقبل أي مشتريات من اي منصات اخرى او اي متاجر خارجية .

إقامة سارية المفعول

يتوجب على المشترك أن يحمل إقامة سارية المفعول في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة, و تقديم ما يثبت ذلك قبل استلام الجوائز.

إلغاء الطلب

اذا تم الغاء الطلب بعد إتمامه سوف يتم الغاء الاشتراك في السحب. فقط الطلبات المكتملة والغير ملغية مؤهلة للاشتراك في السحب.

مدة الاشتراك في السحب

مدة السحب سوف تقام من تاريخ 15-09-2024 لغاية 15-10-2024, لا يتم قبول الطلبات بعد التاريخ المحدد.

اعلان عن الفائزين

سوف يتم الإعلان عن الفائزين بتاريخ 17-10-2024 على منصة الانستغرام لموقع نون, يرجى من المشتركين متابعة الصفحة للحصول على أحدث المعلومات.

استلام الجوائز

سوف يتم التواصل والتنسيق مع الرابحين من طرف فريق نون لاستلام جوائزهم خلال 14 يوم بعد الإعلان عن الرابحين.

تحديد المنصة المنظمة للسحب

يرجى العلم بأن هذا السحب محدد فقط على الطلبات المقامة على صفحة ناوناو الموجودة في تطبيق نون. اي طلبات خارج هذا التطبيق لن يتم قبولها للاشتراك في السحب.

شورط السن

الحد الأدنى لسن المشتركين يجب أن يكون 18 عام فما فوق, عند الاشتراك يتم إقرارك على استيفاء شرط  السن.
