If I pay by credit card, how will I get refunded for items not delivered?

No worries — if some items from your order are cancelled by the store, you’ll be charged only for the items that were actually delivered 💳📦

Here’s how it works:

  • We don’t charge you at the time of placing the order

  • The payment is authorized and captured only after the order is packed and ready for delivery

  • If any item is cancelled or replaced (whether cheaper or more expensive), the final amount is adjusted before the charge is completed

  • The amount reflected on your bank/card statement will match the total value of the delivered items

  2. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab

  3. Select the relevant order

  4. Tap on ‘Chat Support’
