The payment is authorized and captured only after the order is packed and ready for delivery
If any item is cancelled or replaced (whether cheaper or more expensive), the final amount is adjusted before the charge is completed
The amount reflected on your bank/card statement will match the total value of the delivered items
If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly:
Open the NowNow app
Go to the ‘Orders’ tab
Select the relevant order
Tap on ‘Chat Support’
→ Our customer service team will help sort it out and initiate a refund for any extra charges, if applicable
