How do I check unavailable items in my order?

You can track the status of all items in your order through the ‘Orders’ tab on the NowNow app.

If any item(s) are cancelled by the merchant, we will notify you via app notification and email. If there’s a replacement, you will also be notified through the app and our customer service team.
